Michael Seiman
CEO and Founder / Chairman, Board of Directors


Mike Seiman is the CEO & Chairman of CPX Interactive, a global digital advertising media company that he co-founded while still a college student at Hofstra University in the early 2000's. The company has grown quickly and is now a major player within the crowded online advertising landscape, serving over 90 billion ad impressions in more than 65 countries every month. CPX Interactive continues the rapid growth that led to its inclusion on Inc. Magazine’s list of fastest growing privately held advertising/marketing companies in 2008 and 2009.

Mike was selected as a semi-finalist in Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year initiative in both 2009 and 2010.

 

In his free time, Mike currently serves on the Board of Advisors of his alma mater, Hofstra University. He also focuses on numerous philanthropic initiatives including sitting on the boards of the H.E.S. (Hebrew Educational Society non-profit community center) and Children's International, where he spearheaded the development of a community center in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

 

Also a fan of the arts, Mike has executive produced a feature length film distributed by Lionsgate.

After a long and successful career as an accomplished Fortune 500 financial professional, Michael currently plays a strategic role in the overall management of the company including direct responsibility for all financial-related activities including accounting, finance, business analytics, strategic planning, legal, real estate, human resources, deal analysis, quality assurance, investor relations and financing.

 

Michael brings more than 20 years of experience at Cablevision Systems Corporation and its programming subsidiary, Rainbow Media Holdings. During his career, Michael has been instrumental in projects ranging from the development and launch of National and Regional cable networks to the structuring of corporate partnership deals with companies including Liberty Media, NBC, Fox and MGM.

Jonathan Slavin
Chief Revenue Officer


Jonathan Slavin is a seasoned media professional with 12 years+ experience in the digital advertising space & comes to CPX Interactive with a deep understanding of how to navigate today's complex media landscape. His unique blend of experience in the categories of branding, performance, social media, and data targeting will all serve him well as he takes on the task of unifying all sales and business development initiatives, globally, at CPX Interactive.

 

Previously, Jonathan has served as Managing Director & President of North American Operations at online ad network, Ad Pepper, as well as high profile revenue driving positions at Photobucket, The Washington Post Online, Fastclick and Lycos.

Walter Ferrara
EVP, Finance


As a testament to his leadership in the Finance department of Beyond Interactive, Walter was asked to be SVP Corporate Controller/Operations of Mediacom/Beyond Interactive after Beyond was acquired by WPP. In this role, Walter played a lead role in the implementation of SOX, ensuring compliance for MediaCom/Beyond at a corporate level. After Joining CPX in 2008 as controller, in recognition of his hard work and knowledgebase, he was promoted to EVP, Finance.

 

Walter oversees the end-to-end integration of the Financial Suite layer across the ad network's operating system model.

David Shay
EVP, Marketing


David has been the Head of Marketing for CPX Interactive since 2006. Tasked with delivering the company's messaging, both internally and externally, David finds this challenge particularly interesting as the company sits at the nexus of a continually evolving industry, where boundaries are shifting quickly.

 

While his career in online advertising has run the gamut from Account Executive of a boutique agency to Online Brand Manager of an executive education firm, it is often his previous career as a practicing attorney that David relies on in developing successful corporate communication strategies.

Michael Zacharski
EVP, Product Development


Michael Zacharski is the EVP of Product Development at CPX Interactive. He is focused on developing new, as well as improving existing products, for both publishers and advertisers. He has been a leader in the development of internal systems and tools that empower the management of media inventory and media planning processes. Additionally he manages the growth and development of Video & Mobile and is charged with pushing innovation for the display network. Mr. Zacharski advises senior management on the company’s overall global media strategy. He contributes in both client facing as well as internal strategic environments, specifically assisting the global sales teams in leveraging the company’s assets for major brand and agency clients.

 

Previously, Mr. Zacharski has led the company in the growth of their publisher base from 90 billion impressions in 2006 to over 350 billion impressions in 2011. The network currently boasts a fill of over 90 billion monthly impressions.

 

He is knowledgeable and passionate about understanding and evaluating technologies involved in ad deployment, targeting and data, real time bidding, and analytics. He is also the founder of Rock Media an entertainment, promotions and consulting company. He received his BA from New York University.

David Zapletal
EVP, Operations


Before graduating in 2005 with degrees in Retail and Consumer Science (with an emphasis in eCommerce) and a Minor in Public Business Administration at the University of Arizona, David Zapletal had already successfully grown a start up ad network from serving an initial 1 million impressions per day to over 10 million impressions per day. It was his deep understanding of internet advertising during the industry’s beginning stages that led him to another start up at the time, CPX Interactive.

 

More than 8 years that have passed and Zapletal currently serves as EVP of Operations. In that role he continues to help grow and implement optimization tactics across various ad serving platforms, oversee daily operations of the account management and trafficking groups, maximize ROI for Direct Response advertisers as well as for Publishers and currently sits on the Board of Directors.

 

Outside of CPX Interactive, Zapletal commits his efforts to an organization called Camp Dream Street, a camping program for children with disabilities, where he serves on the Board of Directors.
